QIPAW — Refund Policy

Welcome to QIPAW. We create custom AI-generated Chinese-style pet portraits based on the photos uploaded by customers. Because every artwork is personalized and made-to-order, our refund policy differs from standard physical product stores.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the artwork production process has started.

If the artwork has not yet entered production:

  • Full refund available.

If production has already started:

  • Refunds may be partially declined or unavailable due to the personalized nature of the artwork.

2. Digital Product Policy

All QIPAW products are digital custom artworks delivered electronically via email.

We do not ship physical items unless explicitly stated.

Because each artwork is custom-made for the customer’s pet, completed digital products are generally non-refundable.

3. Revision Policy

We want customers to love their portraits.

Each order includes:

  • 1 free minor revision.

Minor revisions may include:

  • Small lighting adjustments
  • Slight background adjustments
  • Minor color tuning
  • Small accessory edits

Major changes are not included after artwork completion, including:

  • Changing the entire style
  • Replacing the pose completely
  • Rebuilding the artwork from scratch
  • Using different uploaded pet photos

Additional revisions may require extra fees.

4. Unsuitable Photo Uploads

Customers are responsible for uploading clear and usable pet photos.

For best results, photos should:

  • Be high resolution
  • Show the pet’s face clearly
  • Avoid heavy blur
  • Avoid covering the face
  • Have adequate lighting

If a photo is unsuitable, we may contact the customer to request a replacement image before production begins.

5. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time:

  • 24–72 hours.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or high order volume.

6. Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a valid email address.

If the delivery email bounces or fails:

  • Customers should contact us within 7 days.
  • We will attempt re-delivery.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed custom artwork may be disputed with supporting order records and delivery confirmation.
